Who We Are
STOCOIN is a cleantech token project developed within the Circular Ledger ecosystem. Circular Ledger provides the blockchain and tokenization framework, while our industrial partners — Stocon (Belgium), Synergasia (Poland), and Stocon Bharath (India) — deliver the engineering, construction and facility execution.
Together, we build modular pyrolysis plants that transform textile waste into clean oil, refined carbon and verifiable CO₂ credits.

To build a decentralized, modular and circular industrial system that reduces textile waste, lowers emissions, and delivers measurable value — all governed transparently on-chain.
Why It Matters
